The body of the jack comprises a metal alloy offering excellent
characteristics of elasticity, conductivity and
corrosion resistance. The contacts are formed
and positioned to reduce unwanted coupling between
pairs and reduce the crosstalk.
The completely automated production of printed circuits and
a thorough inspection at the end of production guarantees
the homogeneity of the fabrication.
Disposing of “tool-free connection” technology the jack requires
no insertion tool, which simplifies and reduces
assembly time. It is also equipped with a 360° rear ground connection.
Finally, its compact design (ultra-reduced depth of 28 mm)
allows space to be optimised in the workstation trunking
(facilitates the cable bending radius) and in the control panel
with a 24 port solution in a 19″ rack 5U.
