Online configurators

In addition to the wide choice already available in our logistics centre (Lille), GIGAMEDIA is offering the option of configuring and ordering your 19″ floor-standing cabinets according to your requirements.

There are over 2,200 possible configurations.

Once configured, your cabinets will be assembled and shipped from our workshops in Lille!

We also offer online configurators for pre-terminated cable assemblies, enabling you to meet your specific requirements to tight deadlines, with high-performance assemblies.

Helpdesk and online technical support

An online technical support portal is available for active products (video surveillance, public address systems, access control, Wi-Fi, switches, etc) at his link.

It features FAQs, tutorials, how-to videos and a comprehensive knowledge database.
