The GIGAMEDIA power supply GGM CCP1210R8 supply a constant voltage to all output contacts. Each output is protected with a resettable fuse rated to 1.25 Amp. When the current of each single output is more than 1.25Amp, then the output terminals can still continuous working. When there is short circuit fault in the output terminals, there will be no output in the fault interface immediately. But the other shunts can also work normally.
The GGM CCP1210R8 is protected against reverse polarity and fuse fault. Should the common supplied output be short circuited, the unit will drop the voltage until the fault is corrected. It will immediately reset the voltage when the fault is removed. The same applies when exceeding the current specification.
